Catering Options
Fundae Scoops serves 8 flavors of hand dipped Scooped Ice Cream. Our ice cream comes from the Cedar Crest ice cream in Manitowoc, WI and is made with 100% Wisconsin Diary.
Option #1: Unlimited Ice Cream
This option is serving unlimited ice cream in 6oz dishes with a spoon and napkin.
We require a minimum of 1 hour, but can do half hour increments after the first hour. We can serve approximately 70-80 guests per hour. The gap is due to the guest taking time to choose the flavor of ice cream they would like.
Price: $450.00 per hour, after 1st hour we can do half hour increments at $225.00 per half hour.
Travel, setup, take down fee: $100.00 (additional travel fees will apply if venue is further than 10 miles from 1651 Brookfield Ave Green Bay, WI 54303 – add $30.00 for every 5 miles outside the 10-mile radius.
Gratuity: 18%
Brown County Sales Tax 5.5%
If paying with a credit card a 4% processing fee will be applied to total
Option #2: Everything on the menu
This option lets guests order anything off our menu which includes:
- Small Dish $5.00 (2 scoops)
- Regular Dish $6.00 (3 scoops)
- Cake Cone $5.50 (2 scoops)
- Waffle Cone $6.50 (2 scoops)
- Soda Float $7.00 (16oz cup, lid, straw, spoon, 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream, and a can of Soda)
- Banana Split (3 Scoops Ice Cream, sliced banana, chocolate syrup, pineapple, strawberry, maraschino cherries topped with whip cream)
With this option we keep track of everything that is handed out, at a minimum we need to hand out $375.00 worth of menu value per hour. This option could equal more or less than $375.00 per hour depending on what your guests order. We can serve 55-65 guests per hour with this option. At a minimum you will be charged $375.00 per hour plus same fees listed with option #1.
